Loose powder is a microfine powder designed to remove excess oil and shine from the skin without disturbing make-up. It is excellent as a setting powder to seal foundation or for a perfect make-up finish by mattifying the skin and preventing oily patches on your face. Loose powder is also used to 'set' concealers that disguise skin imperfections such as scars, birthmarks, varicose veins and age or sun spots. For best results apply Loose powder with a 'puff'.
The 'loose' powder format is not suitable to carry in your handbag as it can explode and create mess - for a travel solution a 'Pressed Powder Compact' is far more suitable.
